Recruiting new staff is a time consuming and expensive exercise that directly affects your bottom line.
I’m constantly putting in the effort to keep them motivated and happy as they are my biggest asset. I treat my employees like an extension of my family, give them recognition for a job well done and ask them for their input before making decisions that impact their work. In order to make their life easier, I empower them with better tools (i.e. a sleek POS system) so that they can do their job more effectively.
